Non-Drill began with a simple, stubborn question:
Why are we still drilling into structures when we know the damage it causes?

For more than two decades, our founder, Paul Breen, worked on major Australian infrastructure projects - rail, commercial, civil. Job after job, he saw the same problem: drilled edge protection was slow, destructive, messy, and often unsafe. Contractors were under pressure, engineers were frustrated, and projects were paying the price in rework, delays, and risk.

So he built something better.

From his workshop bench to major project sites, Paul engineered the Non-Drill System, a clamp-based safety solution that delivers the strength and compliance of traditional systems, without damaging the structure.

What started as bespoke problem-solving for individual contractors has evolved into a global shift in construction safety thinking. Today, Non-Drill supports contractors, design engineers, and project teams who need a safer, faster, zero-compromise edge protection solution.

Leonie provides the commercial leadership and operational governance that underpin NON-DRILL’s growth. With a background in QA leadership and strategic operations, she is responsible for translating the company’s innovation into scalable commercial outcomes, ensuring the NON-DRILL system is delivered consistently, professionally, and to the highest safety standards.

Working closely with industry partners and distributors, Leonie leads the development of NON-DRILL’s global market presence, strengthening national customer relationships and advancing safer methods for securing edge protection without drilling into structures.

Across the construction sector, Leonie is recognised as a trusted leader who champions safer working environments through innovation, transparency, and practical solutions that improve both safety and productivity on site.

With 20+ years in construction, his strength is understanding how projects actually run, and where safety systems fail in the real world. Paul is known across the industry for his ability to design bespoke, site-specific solutions that solve problems no one else can.

He leads NON-DRILL's innovation, product development, and technical consulting.
If a contractor or engineer has a challenge, Paul is the person they call.
